Urgent: who gives chargesheet to the accused when on bail

How does one who is out on bail come to know that a chargesheet has been filed. Who contacts him to come to court to collect chargessheet or does someone send chargesheet to his house. If for a sessions court case, how does the procedure work from filing of the chargesheet - when does the accused have to enter sessions court after chargesheet filed. Are there some days in between for him to study chargesheet. Many thanks.

Dear Raja,

Court sends summons/ notice for appearance, when chargesheet is filed before magistrate's court. when you appear before that court then court will ask for whether any discrepancy is there or not. on next date, when you advocate will say that copies are complete then magistrate commit the matter to session court / Distt. Judge & DJ will mark it to session judge as the case may be
