Respected all,

I am interested in one house purchase. now the house has been acquired by the lady is by will from her sister who died without any children..

what are the documents are to be acquired from that seller and do we need to obtain N.O.C. from her relatives say brothers and sisters as she doesnt have any children.

what other precautions are required to be taken before doing banakhat?

please reply urgently as we are to take decision in two days only..

we are also looking for an advocate in the same field who can guide us in this direction..

thank you.
