Hi, There are some ISO 9001 certified institutes like ISBM, IIBMS etc., has distance learning course as Doctorate of Management studies. Two year distant learning program. All Management subjects with a Project study / theses / synopsis pattern. They commit that a person can prefix the title as Dr. post completing this DMS program.
is it legally approved. Pleae guide

You may verify their version through the authentic web sites which contain the information on the subject, if the insititutions claim so, you may verify the source from the institution web site itself.

A PhD Degree has to be recognised by a University or offered by a University. Any Institutions other than those are not allowed to award PhD's.

Any degree (not only Ph.D.) can only be awarded by a University.
