Use of rti - please help

hi Sir
i have few questions.
1) Yesterday i was reading RTI for police complaint. But some police officers dont give answers to tht RTI or they may says that they have not received your RTI. so my question is instead of sending RTI to SP can we ask those question in court directly to IO.
2) if unfortunately we got reply of our RTI then what is the use of that RTI

Thanks

Ravindra,

Your query has been answered.

The police would have to reply, sometimes they give evasive replies.

Also, one should take an exercise only when one knows what he wants to achieve from it.

Hello Mr. Ravindra

Adv. Qureshi is right. You will have to go for appeal . Still if u dont get proper reply go for the second appeal and at  last in state .

Though it is time consuming , but certainly better than to go in court .

If u need furthr in this regard , I will help u. My Mob No. 99 670 56980.
