There is a property of 3 floors owned by 2 parties,
first party has ground floor and second party has first and second floor,
there is a stair case which is going from ground floor to first floor,
Please tell me that who should use the space below the stair case which is going to first floor ??
Please support your answer with sections and ruling of high court...
Note:-
1) there is nothing shown in the registry of ground floor about the stair case or the space below the stair case,
2) second party has shown the stairs case and space below the staircase in his registry and has paid stamp duty for it.
