Can anyyou let me know the documents which can be relied upon for the user of the premises.
Generally, the owners of the property do not have any such certificate / document with them and they contend that since the property is located in a market it is deemed to be commercial premises.
Further, in some cases, they rely on the electricity bill, which declares tarrif as 'commercial tarrif'. Will the courts consider it as valid document for user of the premises.
