There has been a recent case in my office wherein a Clent who's contract was terminated by our compnay due to incompletion of project , during the course of conference with the Director, abused the Director using slang language and also held his collor . He also challenged his to do whatever he can and told that he has high links in all govt department and nothing can be done against him.
We has loged a written complaint against him in the police station and police has registered our complaint and gave us a copy of ' Pratham Khabri Abvahan" . It has been over a week since then but police has not taken further action. During the last interaction with the police, we were told to go and file a court case. That's it.
Request guide what is the furter course of action to be taken as inspite of regular followups, there has been no progress in the case.
