My one friend given house on Rent basis to other person without any document and id proof. He given only one month basis now he want to vacate the house but tanant deny to vacate the house. then how can he vacate the without rent agreement and document proof. He file complain to police but police said that he was not intime to police before given house on rent basis. so Now how can he vacate the house with police help.
please provide detail procedure and what impact of this .
