I have filed an OP for dissulution of marriage u/s 13 1(a) , I hava enguaged an advocate the respondent (wife ) also enguaged an advocate in fact group of advocates there were around 7 advocates names in the vakalatnama but out of which 6 names only present in the permission petition filed under section 13 petition ,now my query is : one advocate name which was not present in the permission petition filed the counter , but his name is present in Vakalatnama but not present in section 13 petition , his counter is valid or not ??? please let me know
