A Plot was alloted by GDA to a man. He got it transferred to his sons name before he even got it registered. He son gets it registered in his name and pays the stamp duty as if he is the original allottee. His father does not pay any duty resulting in loss to revenue to the govt.
Is this a valid transfer? Can this be challenged?
