Validity of a lease agreement without registration

Dear Experts,

I am eager to know that is there any validity of the Lease Agreement entered into on a Rs.100 / Rs.200 Stamp Paper and not registered with the Authorities, which is notarised. This I need to know as the amount of Lease for a period of 3 years is generally involves huge amounts.

Any lease of more than 11 months has to be typed on the stamp paper according to the annual rental amount and should be registered otherwise court can ignore it.

The Validity of Notarized Rent Agreement is valid for the Rent Agreement made for 11 months, however the Rent Agreement for the above duration of 11 months needs to be the Registered one.
