My grandfather owned a property of 3 acres (with disputes) and he had written a will (Registered) for 40 cents to my aunties. The land was in dispute and recently we got judgement that we own 1.5 acre out of the 3 acres. Can my aunties claim right to the 40 cents as per the will since the Will was written long back (in 1990).
Normally how long is the validity of a will.
