Validity of partition document

My father was master of our house where we with uncle family live together. around 30 years back he tried to divide property with cusion brothers consent but final draft couldn't be signed. They started selling their property as per paper but disclaiming the paper. Last year all brothers of both parties sat together and made a second paper on 1000 rs stamp paper signed by all 7 stake holders and one of theirs son. 1.what is legal validity of both papers. One written in own handwriting by father but not signed. 2.made on stamp paper and signed by all.

1. As per Hindu  custorms only signed partition deeds are acceptable to some extent but registered deed have more stronger evidentiary value.
