Validity of poa

A (father), B(son1), and C(son2) together gave power of attorney to D in 1992 for a proerty located in Tamilnadu. A died in 1997 and C died in 2000. B is alive.

D sold some part of land before 2000. D sold the rest of the property in 2007.

Can B claim that the sale in 2007 is not valid as A and C had already died?

The validity of the Power of Attorney comes to an end with the death of the person who executed it.

B can claim both the transactions.
