Validity of Signed Service Bonds in India

I just want your valuable advices and suggestions on the Validity of Service Bonds Signed in India between the Employer and employee..??

When agreements in between two parties with free consent and for a legally valid purpose are valid l as per Indian Contract Act, subject to those specifically stated as void/voidable, unless the specific agreements are challenged, one can not bar those agreements through law.
