validity of stam paper land agreement

sir, actually he is family friend thats why I believed, he keep on postponing the thing giving some reasons..,but since a month his way of responding has been changed (I think you know what I want mean) so till now nothing has communicated b/w us regarding legal notice, just I'm thinking to clarify it legally...

How much time it may take sir..., I think it's difficult to guess...!!

Mr Naath what about Limitation regarding sale agreement

In this case the limitation period will be as per you choose your recourse: -

1. For specific performance of contract - Three years the date from which specific performance of contract was undertaken in the agreement or in case there was not date mentioned in the agreement, the date from which the plaintiff was communicated of such breach.

Or

2. For compensation of breach to do anything at a specified time -  Three years, when the time specified in the agreement arrives.

As the case may be!
