Pl advise whether an affidavit and an indemnity bond excecuted in US, in respect of my siblings( US citizens), for transfer of flat of my late father in my name is acceptable/ valid in India( Pune),
or
will it be required to affix it with the requiste court stamps as is applicable in India, if so, is their anything more to be done to make it legally valid.
