dear sir, one of my family friend has bought the car from me. he had given me token amout also of ten thousand. but few days later he was going to one place and he died by loosing control on car and dashed on the tree besides road. dear sir the car was not in use for many days and is on my wifes name. dear sir pls tell me will my wife in problem? since the car is on my wifes name and since he is a family friend for many yrs we didnt even took any writing from him. i am really worried coz car is on my wifes name. pls pls pls reply me.
