Someone claims to be a victim of many offences and put a false case on someone due to personal vendata, can the accused during the trial show evidence of criminal activities of the victim and prove that the victim needs to be punished and jailed.
How can the accused then seek justice and does the court seeing evidence of the wrong doing of the so called victim punish him?
