Video conferencing

Hello to Everyone,

Please give your valuable advice regarding the witness to give by video conferencing in criminal case for section 302, 307, 120 B

Can it be possible for the victim to give the evidence through video conferencing, when the victim has been attacked twice by the accused and his family by guns and one victim was shot dead.

If possible ,then how to approach the court ,when  the facility for the video conferencing is not available in the court .

Please give ur advice with proper cititation and the section through which it can help me to file the case, as my lawyer is saying that the trial court in U.P will reject the plea and it is also not sure whether the high court will  give the permission for video conferencing.

Thanks in advance

Your lawyer can ask for security of victim through an appilcation . Victim can have camera proceedings .There is no provision for video conferencing of victim but victim can keep back up of video conferencing in case of any untoward event with him . You can plead for security for victim if turned down appeal to high court . Looking at the gravity of offence you can file this application  .
