I feel that India will soon be the DV/498 capital of the world very soon. God forbid and prove me wrong- I feel that every 2nd or 3rd household in India will have these cases running in their family.Broken marriages and children of 498/DV parents,while we speak of equal empowerment in all sectors,the laws are not following suit. The laws are being so grossly misused (by all who can) and the only option out of this is a hefty settlement amount (no matter how you get it.. you have to get it)

Human ego is developing as technology improving. Family relationships deeply immersed with Ego. Ego is the main cause for all relations in everywhere.
