I purchased a flat at Hyderabad.The flat is on 6th floor.The builder gave a flat for commercial use.The bye laws provided by the builder itself says that the flat is purely for Residential.but he dont stick to the byelaws.He want to unofficially make it Commercial.The apartment president and secretary are also supporting him.Even the commercial flat owner is trying to impress the other owners. So please advise me what to do with the builder and the president.
