What needs to be done to get visitation right for my 3.5 yr old daughter. My wife left my home and filled CAW cell complaint against me.
Can someone provide step by step procedure as I have limited knowledge on this? In addition to that I want to be involved in the school admission of her which my wife will not let me do due to her malicious motives. I am not supporting my child right now but want to bear her expenses instead giving cash to my wife who is working right now.
I intend to claim my daughter's custody in future when she turns 5 yr old.
Pls advice.
