Voter card id as marriage proof

Proof of marriage which the court usually admits is the photographs or video showing marriage ceremonies, marriage certificate issued by the priest solemnizing the marriage or marriage certificate issued by Registrar of marriages after registration of marriage, wedding card, affidavit of the spouse about solemnization of marriage and witnesses to marriage ceremonies.

As far voter's card with the name of husband is concerned that can be considered by the court but if the opposite party challenges that as forged or prepared or based on incorrect information than this will have to be proved as correct , based on correct information given to the election commission by the party using it as proof of marriage.
