My sister-in -law has filled a case under crpc125 and also filled a divorce case.
For the Khorposh court has order to submit a written statement.In the written statement our lawyer wants to mention that since by brother willing to
take her back and want to lead a normal married life he wants to dismiss this case of khorposh.But this statement is not correct as my brother do not want to take back the girl.Please suggest me if this would be correct line in the written statement of our khorposh case.
