Dear Prashant,

Wage agreement is a negotiation process of management with the Union, also called Wage agreement. Negotiation starts against the Charter of demand raised/submitted by the Union. Negotiation will takes place for the changes demanded/new demand raised by the Union. It is a Tripartite agreement with the Union in the presence of DLC. Memorandum of settlement is arrived is documented in Form H (I D Act, 1947).

Regarding expectation from HR in wage agreement -management seeks advice from HR for cost & manpower cutting for the organization, which further goes for a long term benefits.

For further clarification plz. write me at niketkumarsinha@gmail.com

Thanks,

Niket Sinha.
