(REG : Agriclutural Land Iin Gujarat)
There was some ancestral property in name of Mr.A & his 2 sons.after Mr.A's death , it is in the name of Mrs A (wife of Mr.A) & 2 sons.
3 daughters of Mr.A have waived their rights when property was in name of MR.A.
My query is
1) since now MRS A is dead , can 3 daughters demand their shares in the same property in mothers part.?? as now property IS IN name of Mrs A & 2 SONS
pls suggest
