waiver of one year period for first motion for MCD.

is there a way to obtain mutual consent divorce before completion of one year from date of marriage? Any short cut to waive off the one year by filing filing some other petition and amending to MCD before one year. I request the learned People to please give some guidance.

One year separation between the parties is condition for divorce by mutual consent and that can be only possible if the parties got married one year before even if they never consummate the marriage and remained separated immediately after the marriage, one year still required.
