Dear Team, One of my relative bought the land in the year 1990-93 and the property is registered, the same is registering from 1953. After registration in the year 1995, Registar put a notice that the land belongs to wakf, so no registrations will be done there after.
But he bought well before after verifying the link document, land is the hands of private from 1953.
So now what is the solution .

Unless I see the documents, I cannot give opinion. You can contact me 7893011777 or ravinder2345@gmail.com. Giving legal scrutiny report is difficult one. I have to search the title right from 1953 to till date. I require the details i.e. Sy.No, Mandal (Tahasildar), Make application in the Wakf Board under RTI to produce records of that particular property, E.C. etc. You have not mentioned whether it is agricultural land or Plot land. What is the extent of land.

What is your query?, you are referring to the decision y the registrar in the year 1995, but whether there was no transaction in that property?, You say your relative bought the property in the year 1990, the band by registrar came into effect during 1995, what is your query now?, what was doing all these years after 1995?, show all the papers to a prudent lawyer and get his opinion to proceed further.
