First get rid of her by obtaining judicial separation. Then try for divorce leisurely.
You'll have to pay maintenance. In these days of equality, why isn't such law repealed? This law makes women ogresses.
You can only get rid of her. You can't marry. Of course she too can't marry. No surprise if such law is enacted that woman can marry but man can't.
