want to do LLB course..

I'm a govt employee .. I want to pursue llb course.. So plz suggest me: 1) whether I can do llb course with my job I.e. correspondence or weekend batch. 2) from where.. Which university is best.. Fee doesn't matter.. And I'm good in studies.. So no problem for entrance also.. Plz suggest..

LL.B is a full time 3 years regular degree course .
