I am planing to take one plot which is in Kalyan Kongoan, plot area is 1.5 guntha and land owner is having grampanchayat permission for 1+2 residential building, permission taken in year2002 So i am planing to take this plot for devlopment can any one suggest me is there any need to take collector permisson and if yes then can i get this collector permission for such small area 1.5 guntha plot please help me
