i wish to purchase 4 acre agriculture property.
Seller purchased this land few years back from another seller. now we came to know that first seller has written will to their grand children, but later he and his sons sold to this person.Now he is still alive. Now i came to know that Unregistered will also effective one.Now there is a possibility that whatever the property purchasing from this seller also-he also can make unregistered will and can sell the land-after his death will may be effective ?
is it safe to take this agricultural land?
AFter-making will- seller sold at later date to second seller-then is it indication of autyomatic cancellatuion of will later date?
How i will get these informatin of will if it is registered or not or this property has will or not ?
