My wife is working as a assistant professor on contract at Mahatma Gandhi government college on contract. A&N Administration knows a contract cannot be replaced by a contract, but also they have put an advertisement for new contract appoinment and have taken the interview though the the Principal of the college has seeked for her extention. She is working in the college since 2003. Upto 2009 with summer breaks and since 2009 to till now without any break. Please provide me legal opinion.
I want to sue the A&N Administration for the pain and mental tension they are providing us. Please provide me legal opinion
