Want to withdrawn my case from family court

Dear All,

I had applied for nullty of marrirage in the family court. Now due to financial issues i want to withdraw the case as i am not in a position to pay advocate fees. I do not want to contest the case nor what to go back to my husband. Can I leave separately. How many years should i stay separately, When will this marrirage get cancelled

Plz suggest.

By your qeries you should have got Exparte.

You married a divorcee who fought impotency in his first marriage.

He lost job and you stayed away afer six months into marriage. You have been away more than 2 years. You tried fighting your case on your own. You chose to nullify the marriage instead of Divorce?

There seems to be so many contradiction in your case.

Matter of fact is, he may or mayn't be earning now. You should approach some competent lawyer in Bangalore (there are quite a few here) and try and resolve. Courts are closed  for next 2 weeks. You will have some chance to speak to a good lawyer.

You should chose to go for divorce and win it exparte. Nullification was worng reason to chose. and long one.

You have simply complicated matter by chosing to act upon your own fancy.

Bitter pill to swallow.

Think rationally. Don't try to harm yourself. Life will go on. You're in HR. take a transfer to another city and live peacefully before you come back with some raionality.

All the best

Letting the case go ex-parte  has its own problems.  When you have filed the petition, get the case over with.  Get your marriage nullified.  Simply staying away wont dissolve your marriage.  You can also take free legal aid available in the court premises.  Dont give up the case at this stage.
