I am working in private company since 5 years, but now I resigned so I wanted to check whether I am eligible for gratuity or not in following conditions?
1) I was join “ABC Ltd” company in January 2010 on CONTRACT BASIS till July 2011
2) From August 2011 I transferred on company payroll till April 2015.
Means I was working 19 months on contract and 45 months on company payroll in that case am I eligible for GRATUITY?
If yes, please let me know details like Gratuity act and section or clauses.
