Hello sir/madam,
My grandfather purchased 1acre land some 40 years back in kurnool town,Andhra pradesh registered on his name and had old documents too , Due to some financial difficulties we tried to sell the land recently but we came to know that it's waqf property and cannot sell it .So please anyone could help me out or give me any advice as how to legalize it as normal property so that i can sell it ? If not what can i do about this land ? please help me by advicing me out so that i can take further action.
