I am having business showroom. My neighbour have let out a portion of his building to a small hotel.
The hotel let the waste water on the road and the water is stagnant before my property and affecting my business
and appearance. Also I am afraid of the health problems because of the bad smell and mosquitto breeding.
What can I do?

Is settlement deed registered or not ? As per the settlement deed he will inform to all of you . If you agrieved with injustice, you can file for injunction order for not to sell the property.and settle the matter.
