Dear Sir / Ma'am,
We have a land in Pune which as per 7/12 extract is Bogwatdar Vargh 1. In addition, the same 7/12 states that it is Watan land and Nazrana has to be paid.
I have been informed that Bogwatdar Vargh 1 cannot be a Watan land and therefore Nazrana need not to be paid.
We request for more clarity on the above.
