Weekly off days deduction

Dear freinds, 

I am working in private limited company and Management is proposed to the deduct leave, if staff take leave before and after weekly off.

example;- If employee takes leave from saturday to monday and sunday is weekly off. then employees lapse the 3 days leave. 

So Please gauide on above, have any clause under factory act. and anywhere mentioned related to weekly off.
