Weird judge behaviour

it is not clear 

judge is giving dates some time ask adovocate to file that my firend is absent .

some times to deliver the judgement it will take some time and even judge may ask for any further evidence if he require

and what is your lawyer saying thus he is not appearing

My friend come on each hearing but judge instruct advocate to submit leave application and give new date.

advocate says that judge need time to understand case.

so we are waiting for last 3-4 months for decision.
