I am an ex banker aged 58 years and was working as Branch Manager of a very popular and famous gold loan company for 2 and half years with sincerety and honesty and achieved all tye targets given to me by the company.On 21.02.2012I was robbed of Rs.750000 belonging to the company while going for a gold loan takeover from another gold loan company.Yhe takeover customer himself was a robber.This gold loan company has appointed large number of retired ACP 's, andSP 's and SI 's as Security personnel.One of them using his hold over police authorities did not allow me to lodge the police complaint and he arranged to lodge a complaint against me.I was taken into custody and harrassed,humiliated by retired police and police inspector on duty suspecting my role in the robbery.They did not belive my explaning the incident.I tried to get a anticipatory bail but it was rejected by lower court and also high court.I complained this matter to Commissioner of police,Chief Minister,Law Minister and Home Minister and I was informed by all these officials that matter is under investigation
Company removed my name from the list of employees.My salary for one month is not ye paid but TDS is deducted.They issued me a charge sheet and after sending my reply they said a departmental inquiry is bieng instituted against me and asked me if I require any documents to defend myself in the inquiry.But,they are yet to conduct the inquiry and yet to provide the documents sought by me.As per letter of offer,they will not remove me unless it is in writing.I was appointed for a period of one year and completed 2 and half years without any letter of continuation.Company was giving me leave benefits as available to regular employees
I had kept Rs.10.00 lakhs in the NCD 's of this company.After this robbery I withdrew Rs.7.00 lakhs.For Rs.2.00 lakhs Company has filed a case against me for ABJ
Now,police has informed me that this case is solved and entire money is recovered and I am required to attend the court to identify the culprits and give a statement and court summons in this matter is bieng sent to me
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE AGAINST FALSE CASE AGAINST ME BY THE COMPANY
