Respected sir,
my wife not raedy to live with me and continously deserts matrimony house without my connsent, after going to her parents house waired alligation they r doing and trying to spoil my image in society. Even they r threatening of filing false DV and 498 cases, and they never wanted me jus to make many by nd spoil someones life they doing all this, she never wanted husband jus for married women tag they wanted, Her mother continuously inter faring did not allowing us to get close to lead happy life. Hidden pregnancy for two months, in last 11 months, hardly 4 months we ware together in total. once she reaches her parents house stops all communications, now again its three months passed, I cannot go again and again to convince and bring back, Note am single post graduate ineengineering and employed in govt, stay in working place.,parents no more from last three years, even than they never bother of me and how it will affect my mental condition if they behave like this.
Now my question is if i file for RCR, she will do waired allegations on me she may tell to court that i am not treating wel and mis behaving , beating, abusing and not respecting them not caring etc... like this many things. for that reason she dont want to live with me she may tell as usual all ladies do such common alligetions. and she can ask court to provide some sort of protections. if this happens than they wil start behaving more arrogantly spoil all my life and happiness. Already in last 11 months mentally disturbed alot becoz of my wife and her family attitudes.
If i have strong proofs of audio, sms, treatment which i have undergone and threat to my life from them can i directly apply for Divorce based on cruelty? I know even she wont agree for mcd and want me to suffer like this , she want to live happily in her parents house and one or the other day all my earnings wil go to her automatically.
What shall i do plz suggest.....
