What do you think abouth the Death of Asthana in Jail

Whether the death is suspicious or normal is the moot question now. But I feel that unless we have a mechanism of speedy trial, the survival of key witnesses, accused etc till the case attains finality is not assured. Irrespective of his death, the guilt should get punished as he is only an accused and the prosecution should be able to prove the case with the help of witnesses and documents. 

 Many undertrials die in police lock up and many die in jail. R.R. Patil said that 26/11 attack was a small and common incident. 

These deaths are also common and small things in a vast country like India where Police Raj rules.

 Why the SC should be exercised in this case? Because of PF scam? Many die in police lock up and jail and no body takes notice.

without knowing the real facts of the death and proceeding adopted by prosecution and lackness of jai authority and also without any forensic report, nobody can say anything. Because it is a high profile matter suspescion can not be denied.  I think judiciary itself should enterfere in the matter and should protect the image of our Judicialsystem to win the belief of public in general. Because still the general public have faith in clean judicial system. If  judicial officers are envolved  they should be punished harshly to convey a unique meaasge in society.

                                                                    The question still roaming in the minds of general public if lower cadre employee have been arrested why the higher officers not yet.

 Real facts? Million dollar question. We are still toying with the forensic reports in the case of Aarushi.
