Sir, I want to know the meaning of this. The petitioners in their chief examination affidavit reproduced their petition averments and to corroborate their contentions. The unchallenged evidence of the petitioners proved that the 1st P(boy) treated the 2nd P(girl) cruelly and deserted her since more than 2 yrs preceding the date petition, without any valid and tenable reasons. hence NoP1 and P2 are answered in favour for the petitioners.
