What happen if i stop attending court

I filed divorce petiton againt my wife 5y ago. since lats 5 years she bend upon every tectis to drag teh matter, now Im fedup and lost faith and hope in court.

if i stop attended the court in my dicvorce case.. what will happen

1: Will court dismiss in default after 2-3 dates?

2. will court sine a dine the matter?

what is better option... get my case dismiss in default or appear before court and made my submission that now I dont have stamin to fight the case hopeless.. so i withdraw the case.

at the same time.. her appliaction u/s 24 also pending, so when divorce case will dismissed or withdrawn, will her appliaction u/s 24 automatically got infructus?

Hi Rahul,

At what stage your case is ??

Yes you can withdraw the case any time and after withdrawing the case application U/s 24 stands cancelled.

Agreed Sec 24 would be applicable till the divorce petition was pending only.
