Sister cannot claim her share because there is no share for her

The property is in the name of son.  His sister can not claim any right for share.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     10 January 2016

Whether the property purchased during the minority of the minor or when he adult, it becomes his own property.  He can acquire the same independently on becoming major by age.  Nobody even the mother cannot claim a share in the property thereafter.

Therefore neither his sister nor any othe sibling can claim a share or seek partition in any manner which is not maintainable in law.
