My divorce case is posted for evidence. What will happen on that date?
My Lawyer is asking to submit one affidavit to the court which will be similar to the
main petition. Will not court see the evidences in original form? I mean like original receipt from
the paying guest accomodation where My wife stayed in past desrting me and my child?
Etc etc.
