Hi,
I am physically Handicapped and appeared for the written exam conducted by GAIL in this 26th Nov,2010. In their advertisements it is mentioned that 6 posts are reserved for Physically handicapped person. yesterday they have declared the results but my name is not appearing in the said list nor it is mentioned about the selection of PH category candidates.
I want to know that as per The Disability Act, they are Obligated to appoint 6 PHs but why they have rejected me?
what are the remedial actions available for me?
