What is minimum maintanance under crpc 125

i am getting salary Rs 5100=00 in a privet firm kanpur, my wife leave me 6 years ago and fillled a 125 in her parental home bhopal i have a baby she is 7 yrs old but i never seen her past 6 yrs.so bhopal court order Rs 3000/month to pay her while i am earning only Rs. 5100 and no any assets it has been proved in court so please advise me what shoud i do?

1. File an application before the court for seeking mediation. resolve the issues that have casued such situation to develop. file an R.C.R. petition.

@ FARHAN,

Bhai bilkul thik hai 3000 per month .. De do as u have daughter as well . Advocate will ask to file an application for revision which will let u ended somewhere around 40k for this. So leave it and pay her 3000 per month. In between find if she is working somewhere to fight the case else go for Mutual Divorce..
